This sets the foundation of the recommendation.

Not the exact price — just where it sits among comparable listings.

4. Would buyers benefit from understanding the layout before touring?
Unusual floor plans, multi-level homes, and relocation buyers all say yes.

Frequently asked questions
Quiz questions, answered
How long does the quiz take?
Six questions, under a minute. You can change any answer and the recommendation updates instantly.
Does every listing need drone and video?
No. A compact in-town home with a small lot often does fine with strong photos and a floor plan. Drone and video earn their keep when there is land, a view, an unusual layout, or heavy competition.
Can I book only part of the recommendation?
Absolutely. The recommendation is a starting point — book the pieces that fit the property and the marketing budget.
What is the difference between a 3D tour and a video walkthrough?
A 3D tour is interactive: buyers navigate the home themselves and check the layout. A video walkthrough is a produced, edited piece that moves through the home at your pace with music and pacing. Many listings use both.
Are reels worth it for a normal listing?
They can be, if you are actively promoting on social. Reels reach people who are not searching listing portals yet, which matters most for new inventory and open houses.
