Booking & scheduling
How do I book a shoot?
All bookings go through the online order page. Select your package or à la carte services, add any add-ons, enter the property address, choose an appointment date and time, and submit.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can once the property will be ready. Availability varies by location, service type, and weather, and the booking calendar shows what is currently open.
Can I reschedule?
Yes — reach out through the booking system as soon as you know. Rescheduling is common when a property is not ready or the weather turns.
Can I book multiple properties at once?
Submit an order for each property so each address, appointment time, and set of access notes stays correct.
Pricing & payment
How much does a shoot cost?
Current package, à la carte, and add-on pricing is listed on the booking page, which is always the source of truth. The pricing overview page on this site explains what each package includes and who it suits.
How do I pay?
Payment is handled through the online booking system when you submit your order.
Can I build a custom package?
Yes. Any service can be ordered on its own, and add-ons such as extra HDR photos, extra drone photos, floor plans, virtual staging, and virtual twilight can be attached to any order.
Do you offer recurring or volume work?
Builders, property managers, and multifamily clients with ongoing needs should get in touch through the main site so a recurring scope can be discussed.
Property access & the shoot
Do I need to be present?
Not necessarily. Provide gate codes, lockbox instructions, and any alarm details in the access notes at booking, and the shoot can proceed without you on site.
How long does a shoot take?
It depends on property size and how many services are in the order. A standard photo shoot is relatively quick; adding video, a 3D tour, and floor plan scanning extends the appointment.
How should the property be prepared?
Follow the prep guide on this site — lights on, blinds set, surfaces cleared, vehicles moved, pets contained. Preparation has a direct effect on the number of usable images.
Can I request specific shots?
Yes. Note the features you want highlighted, plus any rooms or areas that should not be photographed, in the special requests field when booking.
Are occupied and tenant-occupied properties a problem?
No, they are routine. Give occupants notice and the prep checklist, and flag anything that should stay out of frame.
Weather & rescheduling
What happens if it rains?
Weather mostly affects exterior and drone coverage. Appointment availability can vary with conditions — if the forecast is not workable, contact us through the booking system to adjust.
Can exteriors be reshot later?
Exterior-only follow-ups can be arranged as a separate à la carte order when the weather improves or landscaping is finished.
Is there an alternative to a real twilight shoot?
Yes. Virtual twilight converts a daytime exterior into a warm evening-style image, and is available as a per-image add-on.
Delivery, photos & usage
How fast is turnaround?
Turnaround is commonly 24 hours or less for standard shoots. Larger orders including video, tours, and floor plans can take a little longer depending on scope.
How many photos will I receive?
Photo counts depend on the package or à la carte option you select — the booking page lists the count for each. Larger properties can add HDR photos as an add-on.
What file sizes do I get?
Delivered galleries include MLS-sized, web-optimized images along with high-resolution files suitable for print and marketing.
How is the media delivered?
Through an online gallery you can download from and share with your seller, brokerage, or marketing team.
Can I use the images in my own marketing?
Media is delivered for marketing the property covered by the order. For questions about a specific use — brokerage-wide reuse, third-party sale, or long-term reuse after closing — ask before booking so expectations are clear.
Do you deliver MLS-ready files?
Yes. Images are edited and sized so listings can be uploaded without extra processing on your end.
Drone, video & 3D
Are you licensed to fly drones?
Yes. ATXPhotoDude is FAA Part 107 certified for commercial drone work.
Can you fly at any property?
Most Central Texas properties are fine, but airspace restrictions near airports and certain controlled areas can limit or delay flights. Flag anything you already know about in the booking notes.
What kind of video do you produce?
Listing walkthrough video with smooth motion shots, professional color grading, and licensed background music. Some packages include both branded and unbranded versions.
What is a Zillow 3D Home tour?
An interactive tour buyers can navigate room to room. It is included in the Starter Listing Package and Agent Pro, and can be added to other orders.
Do floor plans include measurements?
2D floor plans are available as a basic layout, and packages that include room measurements are noted on the booking page.
Staging, twilight & enhancements
How does virtual staging work?
Furniture and decor are digitally added to photos of vacant rooms so buyers can judge scale and layout. It is priced per image as an add-on.
Do I need to disclose virtually staged images?
Follow your brokerage and MLS disclosure rules for digitally altered images. Most require a clear label on staged and virtually enhanced photos.
What is virtual twilight?
