Book online, prep the property, and get MLS-ready media back fast.
No phone tag, no quoting delays, and no guessing about what you ordered. The whole process runs through one online booking system — pick your services, choose a time, share access details, and your finished media lands in a downloadable gallery.
Step by step
From booking to delivery
Eight steps, most of which take you only a few minutes.
- Step 01
Book online
Select a package or individual services, stack any add-ons such as extra HDR photos, drone photos, floor plans, virtual staging, or virtual twilight, and enter the property address. The booking page confirms current options and pricing for your location.
- Step 02
Pick your date and time
Choose an available appointment window. Availability can vary with property location, service type, and weather — exterior and drone coverage in particular depend on conditions.
- Step 03
Share access details
Use the access notes field for gate codes, lockbox instructions, pets on site, parking details, features you want highlighted, and any areas that should not be photographed.
- Step 04
Prep the property
Send the prep guide to the seller, occupant, host, or site superintendent. Lights on, blinds set, surfaces cleared, vehicles moved — preparation is the single biggest factor in how the final images look.
- Step 05
The shoot
Interior and exterior coverage is captured systematically, room by room, followed by any drone, video, 3D tour, or floor plan scanning included in the order. FAA Part 107 certification covers the drone work.
- Step 06
Editing and production
HDR blending, color correction, lens and vertical correction, and window balancing on stills. Video is edited and color graded, tours are processed, and floor plans are drafted from on-site measurements.
- Step 07
Delivery
Your finished media arrives in an online gallery. Download MLS-sized and full-resolution files, share the gallery, and publish tours, videos, and floor plan links to your listing.
- Step 08
Marketing and follow-up
Use the marketing kit, property landing page, and social assets included in your order to launch the listing. Need a price-drop refresh, twilight version, or new season of exterior images? Book a follow-up à la carte.

Approximate square footage, bedroom and bathroom counts, lot size, and MLS number if you already have one.
Shot priorities

Occupancy status
Whether the home is occupied, vacant, tenant-occupied, or under construction, plus pets on site.
Parking
Where vehicles should be moved to so driveways and street views stay clean.

Process questions, answered
How do I book a shoot?
Everything happens on the online booking page. Choose your package or à la carte services, add any add-ons, enter the property address, pick an available date and time, and submit the order.
Do I need to be at the property?
Not necessarily. Many agents provide lockbox, gate, or access instructions in the notes field at booking. If you would prefer to meet on site, you are welcome to.
How fast is delivery?
Turnaround is commonly 24 hours or less for standard shoots. Larger orders that include video, 3D tours, or floor plans may take slightly longer depending on scope.
What if the weather is bad?
Weather can affect exterior and drone coverage in particular. If conditions are not workable, reach out through the booking system so the appointment can be adjusted.
How do I get my files?
Completed media is delivered through an online gallery you can download from and share with your seller or marketing team.
Can I add a service after booking?
Add anything you can before the appointment in the booking system, and use the notes field to flag it. Additional media can also be ordered afterward as a separate à la carte order.
